This allows me to sell the new model for less money, and allows users to use more than the 4lb that was formerly limited by the weight carrier component. The Tensor Pulley is designed to redirect a hanging force of up to 20lb from a vertical to a horizontal direction. This can provide convenience in exercises that otherwise would be limited to standing only. Featuring durable wooden and polymer construction, the tensor pulley can adjust height from 16 to 30 inches (or up to 36" with the 36" option). Your purchase includes the pulley stand itself, the sliding adjustable-height head, and an 8 foot pulley rope with carabiners on each end. Weights are NOT included.

Sizing: Measure the height from the floor to the highest piece of furniture you need to clear (floor to arm of couch, floor to matress, etc.) when choosing size. Most furniture should work with the 30" version. It's recommended to go shorter unless you need the extra height.

Notes for use: Best used when the column is pushed up snug against an object that helps counter the tension from the hanging weight, such as the end of a mattress, the arm of a couch, etc. If used freestanding, you may have to counterweight the bottom legs to prevent it from flipping over. Olympic barbell plates work well for this.
